1. Our Warranty Coverage

• Minimum 3-Month Warranty: Every single product purchased from Toobaa Shop comes with a standard 3-Month Warranty from the date of delivery.
• Extended Warranties: Select products, including high-end electronics and major home appliances, carry extended warranty coverage of 6 Months to 1 Year (as specified on individual product listing pages).

2. Mandatory Unboxing & Delivery Proof

To protect our customers from transit damage and ensure fair claims, a clear delivery unboxing video/photo is mandatory for all guarantee and warranty claims.

⚠️ Important Requirement:

When your package arrives, please record a quick video showing:

1. The unopened parcel with the shipping label and tracking number clearly visible.
2. The physical opening/unboxing of the package.
3. Inspection of the product and testing of its initial functionality.

3. What Is Covered

• Manufacturing Defects: Issues related to faulty wiring, internal component failure, or operational defects.
• Transit Damage: Items received physically broken, cracked, or damaged upon delivery (must be shown in the unboxing proof).
• Incorrect Items: Receiving a different color, model, or product than what was ordered.

4. What Is Not Covered

• Physical damage caused after delivery (drops, water damage, improper voltage use, accidental breakage).
• Normal wear and tear over time.
• Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or tampering with internal electronics.
• Claims submitted without unboxing video/photo proof.

5. How to File a Warranty Claim

1. Record Proof: Capture photos and an unboxing video upon receiving your order.
2. Contact Support: Reach out to our customer care team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of noticing the issue.
3. Submit Details: Provide your Order ID, product details, and upload the unboxing video/photo proof.
4. Resolution: Our team will inspect the proof and arrange a replacement, repair, or store credit within 3 to 5 business days.
