1. Account & Registration

• To place an order, you may register for an account or checkout as a guest.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete personal details (such as shipping address and contact number).

2. Products & Pricing

• Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, minor variations in color or packaging may occur depending on manufacturer updates.
• Pricing & Availability: Prices for items are listed in local currency and are subject to change without prior notice. Products are subject to stock availability.
• Pricing Errors: In the event of an obvious technical error where a product is mispriced, Toobaa Shop reserves the right to cancel or adjust the order after informing you.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive an automated confirmation email/SMS. This confirmation does not guarantee immediate fulfillment if stock issues or verification checks arise.
• Order Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to insufficient stock, payment authorization issues, incorrect address, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Order Cancellation by Customer: You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting our support team.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier service, and weather/logistical circumstances.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the specified address.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacement

• Products can be returned or exchanged if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Claims for damaged or missing items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the package along with proof (photographs or unboxing video).
• Skincare, hygiene, and personal care products are non-returnable once opened or unsealed due to safety and health standards.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Toobaa Shop—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, brand design, and software—is the property of Toobaa Foundation or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Toobaa Foundation and Toobaa Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our platform or products purchased through it.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws and regulations of Pakistan.
